Who is responsible for your information
This website is operated as Hongtu Chemical by Qingdao Hongtu Industry and Trade Company Limited (青岛宏峹工贸有限公司), Qingdao, Shandong, China. Privacy questions can be sent to privacy@hongtuchemical.com.
When you contact us
An enquiry may include your company, name, business email, country or region and any optional telephone, product, application, quantity, destination or message details you choose to provide. We use them to understand the request, answer questions, prepare a quotation or provide technical documents.
A contracted communications provider processes the enquiry only as needed to deliver it to our business team and acts on our instructions. We normally process the details to take steps you request before a possible transaction and for our legitimate interest in managing B2B customer relationships. Required fields contain the basic information needed to respond; optional details do not have to be provided.
Keeping the website safe and improving it
Website operation and security may involve limited technical information such as IP address, browser or device type, request time and anti-abuse signals. Google Analytics is off by default and starts only after you select “Allow site analytics”. You can change that choice at any time through Cookie settings in the footer.
Services that support the website
Cloudflare supports website hosting and security. Only after consent, we use an analytics service to understand website use. These services may process information in other countries. Where required by applicable law, we use appropriate contractual and transfer safeguards. We do not sell personal data.
How long we keep information
We review enquiry records and normally delete those that do not lead to a transaction within 24 months of the last meaningful contact. If an enquiry leads to a quotation, order, dispute or legal obligation, relevant records may need to be kept for the period required by law or reasonably needed to protect legal rights. Cookie choices are kept for up to 180 days. We limit Google Analytics event-level data retention to 14 months; standard aggregated reports may remain available for longer, but we do not use them to identify individual visitors.
Your choices and rights
Depending on the law that applies to you, you may ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or transfer your information, object to certain processing or withdraw consent. You may also complain to the data protection authority where you live or work. To protect your information, we may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
