Materials and release function
Hongtu HT 4410 contains fluorine compounds dissolved in water. It is used for rubber molding, including natural rubber, and is particularly suited to fluororubber release. It also serves as a release agent for thermosetting and thermoplastic resins.
The coating supports sustained release and helps reduce mold contamination.
Application method
Clean the mold before use. Apply HT 4410 without dilution by spray or brush, then allow it to dry at room temperature or with heating before production.
