Belt release and rubber compatibility
Hongtu HT 8510 is used for conveyor belt and flat belt release. It is suitable for natural rubber, EPDM, SBR, BR and IIR, and forms a transparent, colorless coating after curing.
The product contains no mica, talc or other fillers. A spray application can support multiple releases; the actual interval between applications depends on the production conditions.
Application guidance
Remove residual release agents and other contamination from the mold. Spray with good atomization, then allow the water to evaporate before use. The product can be applied to hot or cold molds; preheating the mold to at least 120°C promotes water evaporation.
HT 8510 can be used as supplied for belt release or diluted with purified water. Confirm the dilution for the actual process before use. Apply a further coat if needed and maintain good atomization when spraying onto the hot mold during production.
