Product overview
Chemlok 6411GB is a versatile, solvent-based covercoat for bonding rubber compounds to metal. It is generally applied over Chemlok 205GB or 207GB primer and can be used as a one-coat adhesive in selected applications.
The adhesive provides resistance to heat, oil and corrosive conditions.
Compatible elastomers
Natural rubber (NR), polyisoprene (IR), polybutadiene (BR), polychloroprene (CR), nitrile rubber (NBR), styrene-butadiene rubber (SBR), EPDM, chlorinated polyethylene (CPE), and chlorosulfonated polyethylene (CSM).
Application guidance
Prepare the metal before applying Chemlok 205GB or 207GB primer. Allow the primer to dry, then apply 6411GB by brush, roll coat, dip, or spray. A typical dry-film thickness is 12.7–25.4 μm (0.5–1.0 mil). Dry until the solvent has evaporated before bonding.

Shelf life and storage
Store in the original, unopened container at below 25°C. Under these conditions, shelf life is one year from the date of manufacture.
